BODY WEIGHT REDUCTION WITH OUT DIET

thought that body weight can only be reduced by diet control,but we can reduce
weight by some simple tips at home itself. They are..
1.EAT SLOWLY
Arrange the food time duration to 20
minutes. Eat food as much as slowly u can.this will help in weight reduction to
a greater extend. The fast eaters take food more than their caloric requirement
and hence result in obesity.
2.EAT SUPPER EARLY
Taking supper early will reduces the
chances of overweight.there is a great difference in taking same supper at 7pm
and 10 pm. After 8 pm ate only salads and fruits. Take 2 glasses of water
before every meal time.
3. SLEEP FOR AN EXTRA 1 HOUR
Sleeping for one more hour than normal will
helps to decrease the body weight by 10kg in average in an year. By sleeping we
can reduce the habit of over eating and hence can able to reduce the calorie
intake by 6%.
4. INCLUDE MORE FIBROUS FOOD ITEMS
Increase the amount of vegetables with
meals to three times. Fibrous foods help in reducing the excess calories in the
body. Leen vegetables are the good sources of vitamins,minerals and fibres.
Beans,carrot,leafy vegetables,ladies finger,brinjal etc. Belongs to this
5. PLACE OLD CLOTHES IN FRONT
This is a psychological approach.this will
make a desire to reduce weight an to be fit in that clothes. It helps to do
activities to reduce weight in a short duration
6. INCLUDE SUGAR FREE BEVERAGES
In average by avoiding the sugar rich
drinks, we can reduce the caloric intake by a greater quantity.use calorie free
drinks such as water or natural products. Try to take tea or cofee with out
sugar
7. DRINK IN LENGTHY GLASSES
This will make a feeling of more fluid
intake but the amount will be normal. Use low volume lengthy glasses.this is
also a psychological method.
8. USE GREEN TEA REGULARLY
Use green tea regularly. This will help in
controlling calories with the help of phyto chemical action of catechins
present in it. Those who were using green tea for 5 times aday can able to
reduce cholesterol by a greater extend. It will also give good refreshment.
9. AVOID FAST FOODS
The
fast foods are the rich source of calories and hence become a reason for
obesity. Also they are rich sources of bad cholesterol.
10. WALK DAILY
Walking to one mile or 20 minutes will help
in weight reduction. Instead of walking we can do house cleaning or cutting
grasses etc too these will help reduction
of atleast 100 calories per day.
